Founding educators are the professional backbone of IB Students Global. They advise the student team, support academic integrity and lend their experience to students beyond their own classroom — while students keep the pen.

How educators contribute
Mentorship
Share experience with students who may not have access to it in their own school.
Masterclasses
Educators who wish to teach an international masterclass can indicate this in the application.
International reach
Help connect students in your region to the wider community, particularly where IB provision is limited.
Who can apply
- Currently teaching, coordinating, examining or working in an IB programme (DP, MYP, PYP or CP)
- Comfortable supporting a student-led initiative rather than directing it
- Available occasionally — the commitment is flexible while we are in the founding stage
Please note
A voluntary, non-profit role
There are no fees in either direction: participation is unpaid and voluntary, and we do not charge students. The programme of activities is still being defined with the first educators and students who join.
