Who we are looking for
- Current IB students (DP or MYP) and recent graduates, from any country or school
- Willingness to take responsibility for something and follow it through
- Interest in building a community rather than collecting a title
- Communication in English; additional languages are an asset
Grades are not part of the assessment. Students from regions where IB support is limited are especially encouraged to apply.

Specific roles, responsibilities and time commitments are being defined together with the first group of applicants. Rather than publish a structure that does not exist yet, we will share it here once it is agreed — and applicants will help decide it.
